Your account
Keep your password and verification codes private. Optional four-digit PINs protect individual profiles. Account and security changes may sign out devices or stop open players.
Plans and payments
Check the price and device/stream limits before purchasing. Access begins only after payment approval. View the actual access dates in Membership. Previously purchased access keeps its recorded plan terms.
Content and playback
Available titles, episodes and qualities can vary. Use content only as permitted by its rights holders. Do not bypass access controls or share sign-in credentials outside the limits shown for your account.
Payment questions
For an incorrect transfer, rejected receipt, access issue or refund request, contact support with the transfer reference. Do not send your password or verification code. No automatic approval or fixed review time is promised.
